SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery / Freight Costs
For NZ Wide orders freight will be calculated manually and applied to your order before payment is required.
Outside of New Zealand
All international packages are sent international economy courier with our delivery partner of choice. CMRFU will inform you of these costs prior to dispatch.
All packages (within New Zealand, and international) are delivered door to door and require a signature upon delivery. Track and Trace is standard for all packages. All packages are targeted for delivery between 2 - 6 working days.
We will notify you if your order will have significant delivery delays & you will have the option to obtain a refund
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us at sales@steelers.co.nz and let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction. If you return your order to us within ten days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange the goods for another item.
PLEASE NOTE:

We will only accept goods returned with prior notification through correspondence with our sales department at sales@steelers.co.nz

We can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging.

The original invoice must accompany the returned item.

We will not accept returns from countries outside New Zealand.

All returned goods must be sent to CMRFU, 21 Stadium Drive, Pukekohe, Auckland 2120 .

There is no return or exchange for sale items.

Shipping and/or delivery charges will not be refunded.

CMRFU will not accept returns for any non-faulty item that has been used, and/or had tags removed.

CMRFU does not accept returns due to normal wear and tear on used items.

We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within ten days of receiving your goods.

We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
Exchange Policy
Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. The customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting sales@steelers.co.nz with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within ten days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item.
Receiving a Refund
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise authorized by sales at CMRFU Limited, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including GST, excluding courier charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from CMRFU
Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. CMRFU reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which steelers.co.nz can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by steelers.co.nz.
Gift Returns
If someone has sent you a special gift from CMRFU but it wasn't quite right, then you can return it in exchange for a Web credit note which you can use to redeem on our web site. In the event of a gift return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within ten days of receiving the goods. A CMRFU credit note will allow you to select a replacement item / items from our website for a period of one month. If you would like to use your credit note online, then please get in touch with our head office to organize an online purchase with your credit note. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
By clicking "Complete Order" you are agreeing to the CMRFU Terms & Conditions. Orders may not be cancelled once order has been completed. Refer to refund Terms & Conditions for change of mind.
New Zealand Law
Any goods supplied or sold by CMRFU, are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.
